Welcome to 40 KIDS, a social impact venture of 40 Analytics. By using this website and the 40 KIDS Core platform, you agree to these terms.

Who can use 40 KIDS

40 KIDS is designed for children learning with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or a trained facilitator. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child's use of the platform.

The AI tutor

Ananse is an AI tutor. It is designed to be helpful, safe, and age-appropriate, with guardrails and human facilitators, but like all AI it can occasionally be wrong. It does not replace a teacher or professional advice. Please supervise children and use judgement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to break its safety features, or use it to create harmful content. We may limit or suspend access to protect children and keep the service running.

Content children create

Projects a child builds (such as a chatbot or story) belong to the child and their family. We may use de-identified examples to improve and showcase the program, with care.

Changes

We may update these terms as the program grows. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
